We are a Wholesale and retail fashion site featuring Clothing, Sunglasses, Headwear, Shoes, Fashion Jewelry and Fashion Accessories. By wholesale, we mean we sell to other businesses who resell or retail the items to the public. We are also a retail site which means we sell individual items to the public at bargain prices. Our prices are low, because we are large enough to buy in bulk, which enables us to negotiate the best deals with manufacturers and distributors in the United States and around the globe.
We are one of the best fashion wholesalers in the fashion business today. But that's not good enough. We won't be happy until we are undeniably #1! We are constantly working to improve our site in order to enhance our customers experience and to meet our goal of being #1.

                Our wholesale section has one of the largest selections of fashion items on the net. Because of our vast selection, variety of items and amazingly low prices we must charge minimums for certain wholesale sections on our site.  Our intention is to keep the minimums low enough to where they fall into the normal buying range amount of their respective section. When determining which sections match for combining products to meet the minimums just look for the 3-letter group at the beginning of all wholesale sections. For example if a section is named “C- PPP: NAME OF SECTION”  then the 3-letter group to look for is “PPP”. If the section is named “A-YYY: NAME OF SECTION”, the 3-letter group to look for is “YYY”. These different sections are located in different areas of the wholesale section of our website. This allows you for example to buy clothes from the “C- PPP” section and fill your minimum for the 3-letter group (PPP) by buying shoes from the “S- PPP” section, accessories from the “A- PPP” section or even cosmetics from the “M- PPP” section. With the variety of choices in the 3-letter groups our customers never have a problem meeting the required buying minimums. Minimums for the 3-letter groups are as follows:

                Although our packages are hand-picked and inspected before shipping, some packages in the wholesale sections are sold AS-IS  because some of the packages contain returned items. The product description/ category description will inform you which items are returns. Damaged items normally can be repaired.

                Our retail section is very simple to use  and can provide all of our customers with discounted products and no buying minimums. 

                 We do our best and fully intend to keep our website fully up to date. But because of the size of our website and the amount of products and buying options we offer, it sometimes can take between 2-4 weeks to update certain items and sections. We  also are not and can not be held liable for any misprints or grammatical errors found anywhere on this site. All items and categories are subject to change without notice. On the overstock/closeout/return packages the pictures are only a general idea or representation of style to what the package might include and is not meant to represent any specific item offered in the package.

                Packages normally are shipped out within 1-2 business days of  funds being received. Packages are not shipped until payments are cleared with your financial institution. Shipping times and costs depend upon order make-up and the order destination and normally takes between 4-7 business days to arrive at the given order address. Sometimes- but very rarely-  shipping times can range from as low as 3 business to as many as  11 business days to arrive at the destination. On the longer side of the shipping times (10+ days) we will normally contact you via email if the order will take longer than normal time arrive- unless otherwise specified. 

                Our site automatically charges taxes to any order whether it is a wholesale or retail order and are determined by the overall/ average sales tax of the state. Wholesale customers can avoid paying tax by providing us with a copy of your sellers permit via fax or email. See our “contact us” page for contact information. If  you make a purchase before providing us with you sellers permit, you have 24 hours to send it in order to receive a refund for the taxes charge. Once we receive copy of sellers permit it will normally take between 1-2 business days to be processed and verified.                

                All sales are final. Very rarely refunds are given and need to be approved by corporate before being processed. This means you must first call our corporate/ customer service phone number and get approval before returning or shipping the items to us. We will also give a refund to any item if it is out of stock and the website has not been updated. After approval, do not send items to the return address listed on the package- unless otherwise specified. Return all items to the Post Office box listed on the contact us page.  When resending the package you must mail the item with a signature confirmation included with the shipping. Returns will be accepted only when we make a mistake when packing your items and/or not meeting the description given in the parent category/ actual category description or the description given on the product pages and/ or product details page.
